Dear Lothar Riemenschneider, we are acquainted to one another now for more than fourty years - since way back when we met in London, 1983. We have rarely been able to see each other and meet in person, but we have always stayed in touch, and gradually and imperceptibly this has become a reliable part of my life.
When I had questions, difficult problems to solve, I always received a very precise, astute, discerning and very thorough, analytical and sensitive, and by that empathetic answer that clearly and unambiguously pointed out what the facts were, without putting me under pressure or not letting me make the decisions.
All of this can surely also be felt in your music and in your mixes: the real depth, energy, involvement, unreservedness, astounding and very rare intellectual, mental openness.
I would just like to say "thank you" for everything and all the help, the commitment, the support, all of which is not something that can be taken for granted and which I often do not even experience from long-time friends and good acquaintances, but from a really remarkable person like you.
